What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The home-improvement business can turn into a used car lot with slick sales people and more trick advertising than a magic show. We wanted to bring back the honesty and integrity of hard-working people, while providing homeowners with quality products at reasonable pricing with service that’s second to none.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new clients, showing them what we can do. Delivering on our promise and hearing our customers say, “Wow! You guys did a great job!” Anything less is simply unacceptable.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
I think the best was when a customer had invited me and my family to her house for a barbecue after we did the work.
